We want you to feel confident about using our Platform, and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who reasonably need access to it, to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have appropriate technical and organizational physical and electronic safeguards to protect the personal information that you provide to us against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.
All payment transactions will be process in USD currency by the secured payment gateway 2Checkout. This portal accepts all major credit cards, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Debit Card. Your order will be process after receiving complete payment.
In compliance with International Online Payment regulations, all payment above THB 100,000 (USD3,300) must be accompanied with proof of identification. Following the payment, you will receive an email requesting your official ID. Should you refuse or do not send proof of identification within 48h hours, your order will automatically be cancelled and the order’s amount will be refunded to your original account (bank transaction charge or credit card fee may occur at your cost)
We offer free shipping Worldwide with insurance. Your orders will be shipped by professional shipping carriers like FedEx, DHL or UPS, fully insured.
In-Stock items will be shipped out within 3 business days. For Out of Stock items, we will get in touch with you to confirm payment and delivery date. Lead time for production and delivery will be 30-45 days.
For international order, shipping will take 3 to 5 days.
For domestic order, delivery will take 2 to 3 days.
Upon shipping we will send you by email all relevant documents, Airway Bill and tracking number as well as invoice and receipt of payment.
Customs / Duties / Taxes:
For all international shipments, please be aware of your country Custom Fees, Import Duties/Taxes and any local charges, that are not included in our prices. You are responsible for all those additional charges. The correspondent shipping agent in your country will contact you before delivery to settle the extra charges.
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days. Please do use a specialized international shipping company like FedEx, DHL or UPS which required signature and tracking number, we do not accept returns by local post office.
The return expenses will be at the charge of the customer.
For us to assist you in re shipping the parcel, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. You will need to include in the parcel the items purchased with the original packaging, the invoice, photo and airway bill number documents.
Returned items will be inspected and accepted by our quality control department only if it is new, with no sign of alteration, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Refund and Exchange:
Upon reception of the item back in our office in Bangkok, refund will be processed within 6 to 12 working days, to the same credit card used for the purchase. (Please note that bank charge transaction or credit card fee may occur at your cost.)
In case of exchange, we will process to the exchange within in 3 to 4 working days upon reception of the parcel. However if we do not have in stock the desired item for exchange, we will put it in production immediately with a lead time of 30 to 45 days.
1. Get in touch with our team to guide you through the return procedure.
2. Prepare the returning parcel by including the original item in its original packaging along with the returned export documents prepared by our team.
3. Email us the confirmation export documents (Airway bill number from shipping agent) back to Thailand.
